USER ALERT ISSUE

Hello,

I have an issue with a user not receiving either text messages and/or calls.

He uses t-mobile, ID attached below. He is getting alerts with his phone application thought.

I have confirmed that when he calls the phone number it works fine recognizing him and that the 800# is saved in his contacts.

I'll take a look at this. This usually indicates that the user has blocked or reported spam from the number or potentially another service that uses Twilio, and the network carrier has started filtering it out.

I went back through the logs and I don't see any delivery attempt to send a text to that's users number. Let me look into it a little more, I think that may be going through a legacy path.

TMobile was using a legacy path for sending text messages. I've moved it over and in the next update (probably within a day or two) it'll be live in production.
