Description
Hello,
I have an issue with a user not receiving either text messages and/or calls.
He uses t-mobile, ID attached below. He is getting alerts with his phone application thought.
I have confirmed that when he calls the phone number it works fine recognizing him and that the 800# is saved in his contacts.
