RESPOND TO MESSAGES WITH TEXTS? #254

Me again, hope I am not too much of a bother!
At one point we had a user reply to us in what I thought was a text message response. Maybe I am incorrect but is it possible to have users respond to the messages they get, via text? (and to the sender only, not to everyone on the list)
Or maybe they used the actual website to respond to me. I am not sure. It came through to me as a text as well.
