Diameter-openims

I am trying to deploy the diameter-openims on tomcat 7, however, there is not much information for the setup,

I already run the services using restcomm-sip-servlets-3.2.0-89-apache-tomcat-7.0.64, whatelse I should configuration in order to make the diameter-openims work?

This library is powerful, but it hasn't been updated in a while. It was open sourced in 2014, and the author was very visionary. What a shame...
