Problem Description
The Bravo arm provides support for manual control using the Master Arm. It would be helpful to integrate the ability to perform manual control using this interface.
Feature Description
This is taken directly from an outside email with @lauralindzey:
- Add support for serial interface in addition to ethernet
- Add additional enums for the mini-arm's packet types
