Description
I am using QuickDeconvolution to help fix barcode clashing in linked-read/haplotagging data. Using the following flags (k=21 d=3 w=40 t=2), I was able to get a couple of runs to finish. However, for an unzipped interleaved fastq file of 100 GB, the run needed betwee 500-600 GB of RAM to complete. Is this normal? The input interleaved fastq file was not sorted before the run; would that have any impact on performance or needed resources?
Thanks.
