[FEATURE] SkinBlink - Add more choices for the part to blink #2021

What feature would you like to be added.
In the SkinBlink module, be able to chose what part of the skin we want to blink.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's not a problem but rather a simple feature that could be added, since there is already a random mode.
My skin got christmas lights on its right arm and I would like to blink the lights on it, which are on the 3D layer.
