Use rstest parametrizing for threading test cases

Currently mulltiple tests run inside same test case meaning they cannot be threaded

rstest test cases generate the cases on fly meaning they can be threaded

I can see this being the case in tests/wycheproof.rs
Are there other places I am missing?
