Newest board manager URL for attiny85 #1

Newest board manager URL for attiny85 digispark in ArduinoIDE as of 04/03/25, this includes the micronucleus bootloader and board definition and whatever else is in there to make it work, for the attiny85 digispark. i was stuck for a few hours trying to figure it out, following multiple sets of instructions, until i stumbled across the new URL, I figured i might make it a little easier for others just in case the same happens. the other URL is no longer any good. I cant remember where i found it, but thank that dude.
