support Shared Module Binary nativly

We have a relatively large project where we have a common code base with different applications, these are controlled with parameters in the mta. During the build, the same code is generated multiple times. It would be useful for the build times to have the approach mentioned in the following blog post (chapter Shared Module Binary) natively in the build tool.

I agree, we have a need for this, too.
We use the same binary for 15 modules which stupidly increases build time and artifact size - and this workaround is really cumbersome because it can't easily integrated in standard build pipelines which just execute mbt build without post-processing
