ivar variants to VCF missing #4
Description
The ivar variants to VCF tool by Dan Fornika (@dfornika) is in testtoolshed but not in main toolshed. Tools in testtoolshed are often considered not ready for production and are not accepted by some Galaxy admins e.g. those from usegalaxy.eu.
To make this tool available it needs to be made available in main toolshed, perhaps as part of the tools-iuc collection. The Galaxy tool is a wrapper around this Python code from the viralrecon project.
