Add SARS CoV 2 illumina amplicon workflow to iwc collection #5
Description
The IWC project is a place to share Galaxy workflows with the community. The workflow used in this tutorial should be added to the IWC collection. This means submitting the Galaxy .ga workflow but first we need to make all the tools used in the workflow available on Galaxy toolshed so this issue depends on issue #4.
