Demo console should have better user experience #2
Description
Current console example at http://demos.rlaanemets.com/swi-prolog-wasm/example/ does not support multiple answers and produces errors when the toplevel is expecting user input.
There is also no way to set initialization parameters to PL_initialise, for example, to enable the "traditional" mode.
