Describe the bug 🐞
OptimizationOptimJL failed to precompile -- seemingly randomly, because it only happened on one CI run across many. See https://github.com/TuringLang/Turing.jl/actions/runs/15640785848/job/44067350571.
The stack trace points to
x = OptimizationOptimJL.solve(prob, solver, maxiters = 5000, maxtime = 100) |
Expected behavior
Precompile normally (all the time)
Minimal Reproducible Example 👇
I can't provide an MWE because it was clearly a stochastic failure. But if you can set a random seed, maybe that's a reasonable option to prevent this from happening while retaining the precompile workload?
