Differentiation fails when using SciMLStructures with GaussAdjoint and EnzymeVJP #1238

Describe the bug 🐞

Hi, when working on ODINN.jl, I noticed that the GaussAdjoint method with Enzyme VJP produces an error when the parameter is a SciMLStruct. In vec_pjac! of src/gauss_adjoint.jl, Enzyme expects p and out to have the same type. In practice, p is a SciMLStruct but out is a Vector. I think that this function simply lacks a repack/canonicalize mechanism which should be easy to implement. I will open a PR with a fix proposal.

Expected behavior

The computation of the gradient should not return an error with SciMLStructures since their purpose is to map the complex structure to a vector of parameters. The documentation does not mention the use of Enzyme and GaussAdjoint but this combination should work fine, especially since SciMLStructures are already supported in _vecjacobian! of src/derivative_wrappers.jl.
