get_text_from_other_country only checks one country

In downloader.py the get_text_from_other_country() method only gets data from one country. If all countries are specified only the china data is returned.
This should probably be redone to download from all specified countries.
Might be sensible to use the Download_Thread class in the future.

in views.py in line 296 this method is used to check if it is blocked in any country, which the method clearly does not do

You are saying that we should give only one argument to this function. Yes that is a possibility but the problem with that approach will be that we check all the boolean variables and there will be 4 if and then else statements in views.py. Which I believe is not a good idea. We should keep this file clean.

Why don't you store the boolean values in views.py in a dictionary that you hand to the buggy function. Like so:
countries_to_check = dict(china=china, usa=usa, russia=russia, uk=uk)

Then in the downloader file you can expect a dictionary as input and check if the site is blocked in any of the given countries (currently only one country is checked)
