Quickly switching editor tabs will randomly change focus to project tool window

If you have the project tools window (PTW) & a few editor tabs open and quickly switch tabs with Cmd-Shift-[ or ], after a few switches the focus point will randomly jump to PTW, and Cmd-Shift-[ or ] will instead switch the views of PTW.

Looks like it only triggers when you switch the tabs quickly enough. Other than this, not exactly sure the condition, or how many tab switches you need.
