Add script to disable spectre meltdown mitigation, disable driver update from windows update, and uninstalling edge

Issue with "You'll need a new app to open this ms-gamingoverlay link" pop up when playing game

In fresh install windows 10 22h2 build 19045.5131 using the autounattend.xml copilot and dev home is installed after windows update
Create a .ps1 script to reapply settings in case Windows Update resets some of the settings

For this issue, you need to install Xbox Gamebar the link for it is provided in the Folder -> Softwares.

Or else. Go into Settings -> Gaming -> Game Bar. Then turn off "record game clips, screenshots, and broadcast using Game bar".
