Build ecode as a big executable file

I can statically link both eepp and SDL2. But is there a way to also embed the assets directory into the executable?

This way, there will be only a big ecode.exe executable that has everything in it.

p/s:

This is only a question stemming from curiosity. No real proposal was made.

I would love to distribute it like that but it pretty complex and not worth the time.
