[Request An Update]: abricate + AcinetobacterPlasmidTyping to latest db version #1418

What container needs an update?
Update the abricate docker image with the AcinetobacterPlasmidTyping database to the v3.0.0 release: https://github.com/MehradHamidian/AcinetobacterPlasmidTyping/releases/tag/v3.0.0
Will require custom modification of the FASTA file to match ABRicate's requirements
I can do this at some point in the future, just wanted to note here so I don't forget
