Project Description:

Comprehensive taxonomic and functional knowledge about microbial communities supports medical and technical application such as fecal diagnostics as well as operation of biogas plants or waste water treatment plants (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28663049).

The aim of this project is to develop an R-based bioinformatic workflow consisting of basic statistics, machine learning and data visualization for biologist to support their data evaluation
