Jump to anchor on click or ctrl+click

Is there a way to jump to an anchor within the same md document? For instance, suppose I have [link](#foobar) and #foobar is defined later in the text. It would be useful to be able to jump directly to it (particularly when using MarkdownTOC in large documents).

Anchors are currently not supported. Only footnotes and reference links are.

@reagle I don't see mention of anchors in that one. It seems to me that go-to-definition doesn't help with this until they are supported.
