"Tips" page in the wiki

Hello community!

Back in the day, we created a "tips page" under the wiki, because README.md file then was already huge to add new stuff. Now that README.md is organized into sub files, that tips wiki page can be moved to a file in the repo and wiki page be deleted.

If not this, at least there must be a link to the wiki in README because people won't notice we have a wiki.
