Hello, I entered the FASTA sequence in the required format. However, PSTNPss cannot be used.

Be different from other descriptors, PSTNPss and PSTNPds will calculate the 3-mer frequency difference between positive and negative samples at each position. Thus, you need provide both positive and negative samples in you dataset. I hope it can solve your problem. If you still have any problems, please do not hesitate let me know.
