The instructions for installing nvm are outdated. The nvm repository currently provides an installation script and instructs users to either download and install it manually or run one of the provided commands. It also says homebrew-installed nvm is not supported and should be uninstalled

Change the instructions to use nvm's current instructions.
This brings up a question: The previous links to nvm on the creator's GitHub account now redirect to nvm's own separate GitHub account. Do we want to keep the old links for historic purposes, or update them to point directly to nvm's page?
