Add 'all versions' functionality #5
Description
Right now, the retrieval of file-level information through the Native API will return only the latest version's metadata. Some datasets have been versioned quite a lot, and there may be files in older versions that are not present in newer ones (hypothetically some could be quite large or unique). Finish adding functionality for using the versions endpoint to get files across all versions for versioned datasets.
