Improve connected item inference

The script currently only looks for entries authored by the same person; these are not necessarily related dataset-non-dataset pairs. There's an obvious need and benefit to actually identifying a real relationship between objects rather than just "someone who published in both in some form." Authorship position on deposits should also be considered.
