feat(linux): Add initial performance guide for AM62 11.02 release

Add the initial Linux & RT Linux performance guide for 11.02 release
for AM62.

Note that the following sections are missing & will be added seperately.
- ETHERNET
- LPM
- IPC latency
- RT CYCLIC
