Abstract Z-Stack Acquisition Format Additions #1096
Description
I operated the new features on the University of Minnesota system, and everything worked nicely. We could readily adjust the relative position of the two stages.
However, when we had to set up a z-stack, there was one element that could be a bit more user friendly. For example, here we had to specify the start and end positions of the z-stack. When we moved the primary z stage, the secondary z-stage did not move with it, although in this case it would have been useful. But, not every system will want this.
Would it be possible to add a checkbox on the GUI to link the stages? When the checkbox is selected, and someone moves the primary Z stage, then the secondary z-stages would also move to their specified position, given the offset provided?
