Update Configuration Documentation

Now that we have added the ability to reset the data acquisition card, we should update the documentation. This parameter should also be added to the configurator.

To enable DAQ self-reset, add the following entry in the configuration.yaml file under the daq section:

trigger_reset_count: 500

The exact value of trigger_reset_count should be adjusted based on the machine.
