Description
Please add support for clickable links if the player has the "lpc.url" permission.
To be more precise, if the player does not have the "lpc.url" permission, it is sent as a normal link, but when clicked, nothing happens. If the player has the "lpc.url" permission, then when clicked, the link opens (confirmation window for opening the link from vanilla Minecraft).
