Add posibility to block all requests outside define route

API with base URL "https://xyz.com/api/". In the Teblle Dashboard, in the requests list, it shows all the URLs outside of the ones in /api/.

Functionality would be to define allowList or blockList with Regex, so only routes we want are sent to the treblle.
