Link to presentations repository or move to main repository

What needs to be done?

In preparation for the Festival workshop I created https://github.com/ucl-arc/python-tooling-presentations to host presentations we make on the project.

It would probably be useful to link this somewhere in the main repository or possibly move over the content to subdirectory here but we would then need to be careful about how to manage deploying the presentations to GitHub Pages alongside the recommendations website.

Definitely one or the other!

🗳️ I'd prefer linking: feels like the talks would clutter things a bit. And we'd want the ability to develop talks quickly without all of the proselint/Vale infrastructure. Probably we'd even want pushing straight to main for the talks.
