Loading images freezes/stuck to

Basically I done my hard work and clicked generate xml to export the xml, suddenly it froze

Simply put some prefix like normal but its stuck at 0%

I expect it to export the xml zip package but it freezes

Which version was it on?
The version number of the tool this bug was found on.
