Unable to compile, there is an error

Hello there,
I have a problem for my ESP8266 RTOS SDK, I want to try to build f/w with additional I2C, PCA9557 and Si7021. So, I followed these 'How To Use' esp-idf-lib instructions. I'm currently using Linux as the OS and this my Makefile

what does grep CONFIG_I2CDEV_TIMEOUT sdkconfig say?

It looks like you didn't generate the project configuration. The idf.py tool does this automatically, but when building with make, this must be done manually by running the make defconfig command for the default configuration or the make menuconfig command to view and change the settings.

I have my project in Espressif-IDE ; I used idf.py build but still i'm getting this error ; I tried idf.py menuconfig but under I2C configurations I was not able to add CONFIG_I2CDEV_TIMEOUT.
