Recorder Chrome Extension

This pull request adds the Chrome extension for recording user interactions using Manifest V3. It includes:

• manifest.json with MV3 configuration
• background.js, popup.js, and content.js for extension logic
• Event capture and serialization logic
• Initial scaffolding for integration with script generator

This sets the foundation for modular event recording and future Playwright spec generation.
