Including snippet tables in README.md

@VenseChang, is there any reason for not including the [snippet tables](https://github.com/VenseChang/vscode-rails/tree/master/docs) directly in the README.md file? I think that would be more ergonomic. I can submit a PR with the required changes if you think that would be a good idea.
