What issue are you experiencing or what do you need help with?

Read Dead Redemption 2 does not launch if Virtual Display Driver is enabled. It works perfectly fine once disabled.

Troubleshooting steps taken

I've tried every fix related to my repro steps from various Reddit posts, the only thing that worked was disabling virtual display driver. Tried switching graphics API from vulkan to DX12 too, no luck.

Expected outcome

RDR2 opens as it does when VDD is disabled

Disable HDR in DX12 and it should work. VDD doesn't support Vulcan "period" and is as far as I know based on Dx11 technologies. It can emulate HDR disply, but if a game or hardware depend on HDR certification it will fail every time.

How do I do that? I have HDR Disabled both in windows settings and in RDR2's system.xml settings file. I also have HDR+ unchecked in VDD settings, still no luck. Thanks for the quick response btw
