Observation: -Ctarget-cpu=native means the releases don't necessarily run on arbitrary machines

I downloaded V0.3 release.
My arch must not support insertq instruction so the binary fails early in startup.
Not a complaint, just an observation for future releases.
Ignore as approprate :)

Must be the same issue as I'm having. Compiled binary for x86_64 windows closes immediately after startup.
