Next Release (0.3.0 maybe?)

Description

I am opening this issue to track our next release. We have made a lot of changes since the last release. A few of these changes include:

• Switching from gulp/grunt to Webpack
• Updated the plugin template files accordingly
• Updated the package tests

Also, it has been almost 3 years since the last release.
