Power control options activation issue, cannot connect to inverter

I have switch to solaredge modbus multi because issues with solaredge modbus after upgrading to the latest version 2025.8.2.
When I active power control options then I cannot connect to the inverter. When I disable this it is possible.

Does someone know what I need to do to resolve this.

I have a SE9K-BE0TEBNN4 with version 0004.0023.0036

Can you show me what the error messages are?

This means the inverter does not support control registers.

Did controls work before?

I didn't use it before. I'm switching to this integration.
Because more and more issues with an other solaredge-modbus integration that I used before.

It is not an issue, because I got this message and was wondering that someone knows a solution

I have read that some people were able to contact SolarEdge support and get controls over modbus enabled for their inverter. There isn't a setting we can access through SetApp or the screen menus to enable modbus controls, it has to be done through the SolarEdge monitoring platform.

Do you know proably what settings, because I have an installer account to manage my system.

Are you able to use controls with the other integration or is the controls just a problem with mine?

I know I have many users with controls working here so this should not be a problem as long as the inverter allows it over modbus.

I use only your integration for the solaredge unit. The other integration I'm deinstalling, because the issues that I have had and that I don't get it working on the latest HA version.
On this moment I only use the values that I get from the integration. I'm not controlling the unit, because it is not necessary to controle the unit directly. When it is 2027, this would me necessary, because at that moment I have to pay for the eletricity that I export. So I have more than a year the time.

I'm controlling with HA the self made battery solution and the swimming pool equipment.

I will ask SolarEdge support directly what to change, when they will give these information, and it works, I will ket you know, so that you can add this to your documentation.

I have found these document from SolarEdge (https://knowledge-center.solaredge.com/sites/kc/files/application_note_power_control_configuration.pdf) , probably there is enough information to find the right settings.
