suggestion: add swift support version

i saw there was so many frameworks written by swift in this list,
that's great job,
only has the index that's maybe not enough.
when the swift 3.0 prepare to release，in other side i think most developer maybe really want to know,
which is swift version is supported in each framework，
that's maybe better.

just consider it.
