allow disabling interaction with content

When tapping on the content of the tooltip's content, even with closeOnContentInteraction={false}, I see a highlight on the tooltip. Is it possible to disable this?

Maybe the TouchableWithoutFeedback could have the prop disabled={!this.props.closeOnContentInteraction}, or use closeOnContentInteraction to determine wrapping content with TouchableWithoutFeedback.

It's been awhile working with this library, I will take a look at the request but if you already have a solution please to create a PR for that :)

Yea I copied the component into my project and iterated on this and a few other small changes that I pr when I get a moment. And thanks for the library. I was having trouble with layout issues with other similar ones.
