How to add XRay to an app?

I see extensive documentation on how to use XRay as an app, but it's hard to find documentation on how to use it as a library. There's the go doc, but it's not clear where to look.

How can I add XRay to an app? I don't want it as a VPN, just as a Dialer, so I can plug into the Outline SDK in order for all Outline-powered apps to benefit from XRay. Examples would be very helpful.

I don't really need a mobile library - our SDK takes care of that. I need to know how to integrate in Go. How can I create a Dialer for stream connections/TCP for example? Or how do I create a Packet Listener? If I can create at least stream connections, I can plug into the Outline SDK
