I'm pretty sure the project is dead and won't be updated to SPM.
But you can easily do it yourself.

Just check out this PR or #44

1. Fork the original dependency
2. Checkout your fork
3. Add Package.swift as needed
4. Add, Commit, Push.
5. Add new dependency to Xcode
6. Done!

But this is the swift solution of https://github.com/dzenbot/DZNEmptyDataSet with 12 k likes. So I hope we can integrate SPM in this repo.

btw I used for now my one nativ solution without this repo.
