Empty "reactions.tsv" output

I just installed Compass following the guide and, when testing with the example dataset (tsv format) the output "reactions.tsv" file contains all columns (samples) but no lines (reactions).
I used the default model, and when using the --list-reactions option I do see all the reactions of the model...
Any idea?

I am experiencing the same issue with Compass. When testing with the example dataset in TSV format, the "reactions.tsv" file contains all the columns (samples) but no rows (reactions). Have you found a solution to this problem? I'd appreciate any suggestions.
