Is PRIMseq suitable for identification of RBP binding sites? #1

Hi PRIMseq Team, thank you for developing such an exciting tool!

I'm exploring PRIMseq for mapping RBP binding sites. I read in the manuscript that mapped reads are enriched for binding motifs, which is great. I'm still curious, however, about the binding site resolution. Based on the data in GSE270010, is it possible to achieve a resolution of around 100bp?

On a related note, I was wondering if you have tested how well PRIMseq-identified sites overlap with those from CLIP-seq experiments. Any information you could share on this comparison would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again for your excellent work!
