1. Lint -- enforce pre-commit hook on code
2. Test -- enforce all pytest cases are successful
3. Coverage -- enforce 80% unit test coverage using pytest suite.
4. Docs -- refresh code-generated documentation hosted on GitHub pages site (use an isolate docker to do this)
