Updating FulfillmentLatency with json feed not working

I see some bug reports about amazon spapi for lead_time_to_ship_max_days

I can send data and get accepted message but nothing seems to update.

PatcheValueData patcheValueData = new PatcheValueData
{
marketplace_id = MarketPlace.UnitedKingdom.ID,

  quantity = message.Quantity,

  fulfillment_channel_code = "DEFAULT",

  lead_time_to_ship_max_days = Convert.ToInt32(message.FulfillmentLatency)

};

Anybody have this working?
