Made a few adjustments to Algo Trading Lead (#1220)

## Description <!-- Mandatory -->

This PR updates the ACM@UIC website to reflect the new SIG Algorithmic
Trading leadership and meeting details:

- Adds Tuong Max Le as the SIG Algorithmic Trading Leader in the
officers menu and homepage profiles, with updated contact info and a new
400x400 PNG profile image.
- Updates SIG Algorithmic Trading’s meeting day, time, and location to
Sundays at 1pm, online.
- Expands the SIG Algorithmic Trading description to include recent
achievements and notable past events/speakers.
