Pass `CacheMetadata` along the cache v2 save requests

**Describe the enhancement**

The V2 cache supports passing `metadata` that contains `repository_id`. At the moment `cache.ts` is not passing it along. This will be useful for custom cache API implementation for scoping the cache entries.
